How soon can I book? Availability varies depending on workload. You can request preferred dates on the booking pages, we confirm all bookings manually to ensure accuracy.
Is there a consultation before any work begins? Yes. Every install or coaching plan begins with a consultation to ensure the service fits your space, needs, and goal
What payment methods do you accept? Bank transfer, debit/credit card, and direct debit for coaching.
Are you insured? Yes, we carry full professional and public liability coverage.
Do you work with children and teens? Yes, all services, especially family coaching and family-focused installs, are designed to be safe for children under adult supervision.
Do you offer custom or unusual projects? Yes. Unique layouts, premium materials, child-proofing, and bespoke functional spaces can all be discussed during planning.
