What You’ll Need to Know Before Booking

Before your installation, we’ll ask for a few practical details to help us plan your space properly. This isn’t about having everything ready or perfectly measured — it’s simply to ensure we design a safe, efficient layout that suits your home and your goals. If you’re unsure about any of the information below, we’re more than happy to guide you through it.

Room Measurements

If possible, please note:

  • Approximate room size (m²)

  • Ceiling height

  • Any unusual wall angles or dimensions

  • Space restrictions such as doors, radiators, or pipework

Don’t worry if these are only estimates — they’re used for planning, not precision at this stage.

Current Room Condition

Let us know whether:

  • The room is currently empty or furnished

  • Flooring may need replacing

  • Walls may require reinforcement

  • There are any damp, electrical, or access considerations

This helps us set expectations early and avoid surprises on install day.

Installation Access

To ensure a smooth installation, we may ask about:

  • Stairs or narrow hallways

  • Parking availability

  • How the room is accessed (garage, side entrance, outbuilding, etc.)

Your Training Goals

Understanding how you plan to use the space helps us recommend the right setup:

  • Strength training

  • Hyrox / functional fitness

  • General fitness

  • Family training

  • Mobility or rehabilitation

  • Mixed goals

Optional Add-Ons

You can also indicate any extras you’re considering, such as:

  • Mirrors

  • Flooring

  • Storage upgrades

  • Safety options for children or pets

  • Coaching packages

Room Photos

During booking, we’ll ask you to upload 1–5 photos of the room.
These help us visualise the space and plan the layout before we arrive.

Preferred Installation Dates

You’ll be able to select 1–3 preferred dates via our booking calendar.
We’ll always confirm availability with you before anything is finalised.

Anti-tip systems

Equipment can be securely anchored to prevent movement or tipping during use.

Safe spacing layout

Layouts are planned to allow safe movement and clearances around all equipment.

Child-safe options

Optional child-safe features help reduce risks in shared family spaces.

Pet-safe options

Considered layouts and fixings help protect pets within the training area.

Storage safety

Weights and accessories can be stored securely to reduce trip and handling risks.

Wire/cable protection

Cables and wiring are routed and protected to keep the space tidy and safe.

Install FAQ's

How long does an installation take? Most installations are completed within 3–5 days, depending on the size of the space, the package selected, and the scope of work involved. We’ll always confirm an expected timeframe with you before the install begins.

Do you remove old equipment? We don’t routinely remove existing equipment. However, removal can be arranged at an additional cost if discussed and agreed in advance.

Do you offer financing or split payments? We don’t offer financing or split payments as standard. However, if this is something you’d like to discuss, we’re happy to explore options on a case-by-case basis.

What if my room isn’t suitable? Room suitability is assessed during the early planning and design stages. If a space isn’t suitable, we’ll discuss this with you and pause the process before any major costs are incurred.
